Author Topic: Real Life Objects for Barricading a door against zombies.  (Read 1199 times)

Is it possible, to make it so you can create a chair brick, put it in front of a door, and if hit enough on the door, the Chair goes flying, making the door fly open

Barricading windows with wooden beams, and when hit/ shot enough it blows open and they flood in

And other ways ETC.

Is it possible to make things that can be used for Barricading against zombies, or just for Decoration?

Awesome idea, not sure but I think you can do the chair things with events(Pretty sure you can).
EDIT:And the window thing I think.
2nd EDIT:Also do want, would make it run smother if you can do it with events.

This probally requires Valve-like Physics, and this is Blockland, so I'm afraid this just isn't possible.

Or just figure out some Events, which takes away the realism.

It is possible to make a chair brick. Say it is a chair that takes up the same space as a cube.

Havok physics. Which can be applied to any game I believe. Meanwhile our current physics work just fine to do this, which means your opinion about how this "isn't possible" is moot. Maybe you should've researched before drawing conclusions.

Also, "probally" then goes to "just isn't". The world might explode, so we're all going to die tomorrow.

This is possible using vehicles.

If you don't mind them having a 10% chance of exploding and flying through walls when you look at them :cookieMonster:

That'd be fun :3.

What happens if you touch them :o

I actually kind of like the Glitchyness in Vehicles.
The brain to fill my life of random flying vehicle deaths such as the one I witnessed on Warrens server where a Bulldozer was blown up by my twice as big Grenade and kill somebody across the arena as it went flying across on its side.
