im actually growing out the full beard now and honestly you just have to deal with the stuffty scruff stages and find a face wash that doesn't irritate your skin and won't forget up your facial hair(some actually dye/stain it)

However it does make it more visible
When you shave the hair you make blunt which makes it easier to see
