When I was trying to get wireless internet to work for my dell laptop, every person i called when it came to the router or wireless card was from India. When I finally called Dell after nothing else worked, it was some dude with a New York accent. Not only could I understand him, but I finally was able to get my wireless to work after talking with him.
Interesting coorerlation there?
