I highly suggest you begin working out and shave. I'm not saying to forever leave it off, but pretty much until you mature enough to have it grow evenly. But yeah, start working out, shave and cut your hair, because if you thinned up and took care of that then you'd be quite an attractive guy, but the little beaner stache and unevenly grown neck fuzz kills it for me.
