once i graduate high school next week, it'll be easier to eat more as it is quite hard to bring lunch to school with all my bookage.
biggest tip i can give you is start by only counting breakfast, lunch and snacks

i dont count dinner, mainly because it's usually cooked and i cbf working out the combined calories of all the ingredients - but what it means is you'll always be hitting above your maintenance if you can get to it with just those meals

4 litres a day of just milk? plus whatever else you drink? jesus forget you must have to piss every 30mins lol
yeah i probably just about do
your bladder starts to get used to it the longer you do it though

Yeah I do a shake of oats + whey at the beginning and end of each day and after workouts, all that over-marketed bodybuilding powder stuff and muscle milk is such a waste of time.
yeah i tried mass gainers when i was like 16, biggest waste of money i've ever come across. I bought this massive bag of the stuff, 1200 calories per serve for $100
only had 12 serves

on a related note, ever experimented with creatine?

Yeah I have - on it at the moment, results are good but the side effects can be really stuff. It makes you look bigger which is neat, and I've found it increases my lifts a bit too. However if you take it and don't drink enough water after then it can give you a mad stomach ache. It also once caused some crazy rash all over my hands for a day or so too.

Overall, worth it. And don't bother cycling or anything either, I just take it daily and it's great.

oh awesome

yeah i started last week, no side effects so far other then i'm cramping up like all forget if i don't get enough water. i gained two kilos of what i'm assuming is water weight and i look swole as forget so i'm not complaining

is it something you just take each day permanently until you want out or what? i've read so much bullstuff about having to take breaks because of saturation levels that i can't get my head around it.

The side effects can really make you sick if you don't drink enough water with creatine. I stumbled across a forum post about it somewhere on the web, the most important part of that whole creatine thing is the water. It can dehydrate you.

I'm not trying to butt in, I'm not that big into body building though I am starting to have a diet and such so I can work out, but I would suggest you stay away from it due to the health concerns unless you're really careful...

Yeah I've read you should take breaks then I've also read you don't need to because it really doesn't make a difference. Personally I just find it easier to take every day and once in a while I stop out of laziness or something for a bit. People make it out to be some amazing thing you need to rely on to progress but really it's just a supplement so I don't take it all that seriously.

My buddy used to drink a glass each morning. It didn't really help him gain muscle but it did help shape his body up a bit, He used to be fat and now it looks like he's lost a lot of weight, but really he just turned the fat into muscle I think

if he was fat, he should have just been drinking water

the only reason we drink masses of milk is because our metabolism burns off everything we need to gain
