
trying to bulk up isn't being easy on me, I've eaten this for dinner 5 days in a row and 3-4 sandwiches for lunch and 5 hardboiled eggs and 2 packets of oatmeal for breakfast and 2 protein shakes with peanut butter and 8-10 glasses of whole milk a day and I've only gained like 6 lbs in 2 weeks which I guess is actually pretty substantial now that I reflect. You can't tell but this is like 2.5-3 lbs of food its like 6 inches high on the plate. This one I just forgeted up and made way too much I don't eat 3 lbs. a day for dinner seems borderline impossible ill eat like 1.5 maybe 2 lbs of it though.
And here is my results so far after 3 weeks in the gym anyone who has seen pics of me before know I was relatively muscleless and I'm still pretty scrawny but I think for 3 weeks it's a pretty substantial gain.
