like crunches or something?
I have quite good abdominal genetics I think. But if you want to get good abs regardless of genetics you'll need a low body fat percentage around the vicinity of 12% while maintaining a decent amount of mass. (Don't waste yourself away)
My body fat percentage is around 9-10% from what I've been told.
You'll want to do some of these to actually strengthen your abs, too.
• deadlifts
• crunches
• knee raises
• leg raises
• v-ups
• bicycle crunches
• pull-ups
that'll change as his obliques get larger, they really tie together that whole area
Yeah you're right, I've been trying to target that area lately but I should be working it a lot more. I think I need some good workouts for it :)
