Distance running, sit-up twists with weights

like crunches or something?
I have quite good abdominal genetics I think. But if you want to get good abs regardless of genetics you'll need a low body fat percentage around the vicinity of 12% while maintaining a decent amount of mass. (Don't waste yourself away)
My body fat percentage is around 9-10% from what I've been told.

You'll want to do some of these to actually strengthen your abs, too.
• deadlifts
• crunches
• knee raises
• leg raises
• v-ups
• bicycle crunches
• pull-ups

that'll change as his obliques get larger, they really tie together that whole area
Yeah you're right, I've been trying to target that area lately but I should be working it a lot more. I think I need some good workouts for it :)

Get your heart rate up. You could have 'abs' and never notice unless you get your heart rate up several times a week for a while.
how does that make sense or answer my question

guys i'm only 15 but let me tell ya
wrestling and mma will kick your ass into shape, fast.
i eat fast food like twice a week but i've maintained a sort of muscular (dem genes :( ) wrestler build since january when the season ended with mma classes and i really do lack physical strength in my arms
and during the season i hovered between 139 -150 probably losing entire pounds during practice not including water weight

if you're going to work out it helps to keep going until you feel like you're going to throw up or pass out
and cardio is probably the best way to do it without loving yourself up
idk how you'd be able to but running up and down stairs is probably one of the best things to do but it seems unusual considering now you wouldn't have a school set of stairs to do it

and if that doesn't tickle your fancy you can just sign up for an mma gym
sure it isn't as intense starting out as wrestling but you learn from hitting pads and defintely become more flexible and balanced if you do striking and help your mentality and core strength if you choose to grapple. your cardio definitely improves with both, more so kickboxing.

read it wrong :x
