that's the problem with my hair. II brush it 6 out of seven days of the week, yet I still got the half jewfro

slick it back and get some dark shades and a trench coat

Try getting it soaked first, dry it with a towel (which will leave it damp) then brush / comb it

It helps styling it wet over dry
