Lagging, why does it happen how can you tell whos doing it?

I am always on a server and I always get lagged out. I wonder whos doing  it is it me or someone else are we all effected by it?

It happens because YOU have a bad connection, it's a thing everyone seems to mistake.

Lagging can be caused by many things. If you have alot of bricks it may lag. Maybe you have other programs running, or it could be your computer is slow.

by "lagged out" do you mean your disconnected? could be because your running that p2p downloading program, and all your upload is whoring your nets.

or if your just getting really bad fps, then your comp/video card just sucks
