Anyways, mine is Gil the Crab from the Honda Element commercials. (he goes "I pinch.") I got a large version of the picture off of his official myspace profile and shrunk it down to twice the size of this and delete the text and made the background transparent. Then I make him say things by writing new stuff in comic sans and shrink it down. This current one, I googled santa hat and photoshopped the best looking hat on him.
