Vehicle Grapple gun (its not what you think)

I couldnt think of a gooder name for it, but i want a "Grappling Rope" (already made) that you can pull and be pulled by. You could shoot a chihuahua with it and troll for crocs (cus the little rat-dog's small and light), or hook onto a Helicopter and be pulled into the air, following it to it's base (cus the whirlybird's big and heavy). If needed, you can make two different guns, a you-dont-move gun and a hooked-object-doznt-move gun. PLS MAKE ONE i needs it. THANKS

i mean you dont get pulled in, but a hookshot with a pull-towards-player option would be sweet (pulling a chihuahua up to the top of the empire state buildng, kicking it off immediatly afterwords!! )

so what are you saying? is it a fail or does it get  s?
and the other you cant grapple to vehicles, you can hookshot to vehicles with the hookshot but you have to be in a vehicle in order to hookshot another
