A teleporting Rocket

Just like the guided missile from V8 exept the Actual launcher looked like a small pod that opened when fired....

and the missile looked like floating orbs :/ ?   Where you controlled the missile from the missile's point-of-view   

Blue for teleporting and Red for Attack!

NO I DON'T WANT A loving TELEPORTER LIKE THE PORTAL GUN.

I want a gun to where if you shoot it, you guide the orb like the guided missile from V8! I don't wan't a just   plain teleporter

also no Gen I mean like you fire the rocket and you control it with a camera view FOLLOWING the rocket and you actually control it.
