Self Delete Grenade/Backpack Bomb

Would it be possible to make a grenade, or possibly a backpack bomb, that could be used as a Self Delete bomb?
It doesn't have to have a huge blast radius, but it would be more realistic than the existing grenades. (Though those are some of my favorite weapons. :D)
Anyways, Merry Christmas!

Edit: Forgot to say that it wouldn't blow up on click, but a couple seconds afterward. That way you could either
throw it, or hold on to it. (If it was a grenade.) It would be great if anyone could make this!

Im pretty sure with Iban's minigame++ they have sucide bombs so if you cntrl K a bomb explodes killing you and many people around you. But it only works for minigames
