Ya, I noticed that too. They are always flying around and what not. I think there was one episode were Rose reactivated a Dalek that some millionaire had found and put in his basement and after she turned it on it killed every one then got trapped at the stairs for around half the episode before it finally started to hover up the stair well. I don't see why it didn't do that from the start but I think in the end it became good and went Self Delete so I guess it was having a big internal struggle while siting their. Or at least I think that happened (I saw that episode over a year ago so it’s all a little blurry in my memory).

Scobby is actually an AI program. "She" goes to servers to parse the conversational and observe the building habits of certain users. "Her" project goal is be able to convincingly replicate a user with an ID below 1000.
