A player that would be in 3rd person, but would still have a crosshair, but to the side like the Zombie mod player.

Like in Gears of War or Army of 2.

I searched 3rd person, 3rd person target, 3rd person target player, and there were no mods that did that.

Bump for goodness, the reason I wanted this is because I was playing Gears 2 this week, and that made me want to be able to do the thing where you hide behind things, but you can still see everyone past it.
