If I posted my opinion on this I'd be banned permanently, so here's some advice for you:

Add some damned details to your builds, especially to your walls. Shoe boxes aren't quite appealing to my eyes
The Subway was nice, though the station seemed a little too small for me. It's nice nevertheless.
If this is a city, put in more buildings, it's really bland.
Furnish the streets. Lampposts, traffic lights, dustbins, benches, hot-dog stands, newspaper kiosks etc.

That's all I could think of right now.

I did mean shoe box. That's what I call large uninteresting box-like buildings, like your "house" or "hotel".
Some of people build as if they haven't seen a house in their lives.
Be a bit more imaginative, break the box for God's sake!
