I can't get this to look less face-like. The very nature of the thing is that because there are going to be two symmetrical windows spaced like they are, stuff is going to look like a face.

Make the windows symmetrical and it'll not look like  a face but something more than a EPIC TOWER

It reminds me of "The Shard" from Mirror's Edge, which is a large Building in which all City Surveillance and the Mayor is stationed.
