I read it.

They were actually quite good. The movie was terrible, though. It completely messed up all of the book's elements. The character's personalities were different, and it didn't explain anything like it did in the actual book. Actually, I'd put the book on my top 3 list. I favor it over most.

For all of you manly men in here, I didn't read it for the romance. I would never read a book for romance. I read it only because of the reason that some respected critics I read about gave it a great review.

The only thing that made me stop reading the series is the fact that too many people like it. >:(

All the girls in my school right before twilight came out were like 'omg u see twilight preview' 'ya it was rly gud' 'ya lets go see it'
and then they all went the next week :O a group of which tried to get me to come because I talk to them a lot on the bus but it looked to cigarettegy :o

Anyways, the movie looked like friendry, haven't done anything with the books
