Author Topic: World of Warcraft ADD-ONS  (Read 5796 times)

Why? They wouldn't allow mods, even if it doesn't harm.
They are called "add-ons" say it with me now add, ons. They are player made scripts that help you with the game. For example, Carbonite as Goronleader said tells you where you need to go during quests.

There are no Add-Ons for MMO's, unless you mean expansion packs.
I love how you tried to hide the fact that you had just showed us your enormous fail and say to use google, Blizzard does not care if you mod their game, curse.com is a fine example, I can't believe it took to the end of the second page to post it. Try QuestHelper, its like gps for quests.

I'm so gonna use QuestHelper.

It's always like "HAY CAN U TAEK MY AXE 2 DIS GUY IN LIEK OTHR WORLD K PLSTHXBAI I GU DO NPC STUF"
Then I'm scratching my head wondering where the forget am I going.

I much more prefer Carbonite.

Any idea how to remove the annoying black dots on QuestHelper?

They like set a path for you to follow to each quest, its annoying as hell.

I don't think so, but they don't force you to take that path, it's just the fastest way.

i just looked in the /qh system

didnt really say anything about it, im sure theres a way though

Found it, go to your map, up in the right top corner it should say questhelper, now maybe there will be a bottun inside it, then just right click on the most left of the bottun, then disable ant trails

Or use Carbonite, it doesn't have it.

It isn't illegal because they added a system, much like Blocklands, that runs the addons. Basically they encourage it.

They had issues with this earlier on when they allowed various character control functions to be executed through addons, allowing players to make bots with WoWs own features. Those have since been restricted.
Addons for WoW are basically UI modifications that provide data or player assistance.

just google search QuestHelper, there's tons :P

I'm sorry im not good with the internet, i'll be more of a loser like you k.

Don't be so god damned ignorant. It doesn't take a loving genius to use Google, but it does however, require a brain.
