Author Topic: Port Forwarding (yes I know about tutorials)  (Read 1584 times)

I can't do it. I know about the tutorials, I have read them all, but I cant do it. It's because my user and pass for the user and pass part,(whatever its called), has been changed by my dad, and he forgot them. Is there some way of recovering them? I have wrt54g model. Yes ive tried hard reset, which is holding down the tiny reset button. Is there a way of checking to see what they are?
-thank you.

Contact a pro hacker/Programmer, they'll fix it!

ask you dad if he knows it, if not you kinda uchm...    screwed

Is there no way to find out? :(

Press reset with a paper clip.

Tried it :/
I could try again
But i want to know if theres some way you can just check, without changing anything, or asking my dad

I did.

Just ask your dad for the password. No, port forwarding does NOT open your network or computers to hackers. Only idiots, no offense, could believe that.

On some routers, the reset button totally resets everything in the router to factory defaults. The DNS, IP and etc. will have to be re-entered n stuff unless its automatic.
