I can, as I have a tablet. Even if I didn't, I'd still be able to navigate with the keyboard.

Keyboard navigation can get testy and it's not very efficient unless you have the Windows thing turned on that lets you use your numpad to move the mouse.

Yeah, I just did this entire post with the keyboard. Tab helps.

Mix of tab buttons, arrows, and keyboard combination can get you through. It will be slow but can be done.

Yeah, I had to do it for a month or so while I stubbornly tried to fix my old one. Not that hard, just have to hit Tab a lot.
