You either need:
A better graphics card to render everything better (RAM isn't the only thing loading bricks up every frame)
or
A better CPU if it's below 1 GHz.

RAM is something you buy at a store.

Ohh great over clocking thats smart. NOT! You decrease the life of your processor by alot and also you get more GHz but your computer idles at a higher temp. I'm not saying its stupid I'm just saying its not the smartest thing to do. to sum it up..
