I was playing cp_well, I was a Pyro (the only Pyro on my team) and on Red. The blue team had set up like 2 level two sentries and a level 3 just outside our doorway and were pushing in. Our team was made up of 2 Snipers who couldn't shoot worth stuff (They'd been playing for 30 minutes and had about 4 kills each), 4 medics, and 3 scouts. So I go into the team chat and say "Medic, uber me [two of the Medics had uber charges] so I can go take out those sentries" and none of them respond. So I follow the two of them up to the Sniper deck where the snipers were, calling Medic the whole time while they ignored me. We arrived at the top floor and they UBER THE SNIPERS. The snipers get maybe 1 or 2 kills with uber when the other team realizes they're up there and snipe them, and by the time this has happened they'd already captured our last point and we lost.
tl;dr: I hate handicapped Medics.
