A "decent" graphics card can be had for as little as $60.

I'd recommend the EVGA Nvidia 9500GT. Pretty much no power requirements, low cost and lifetime warranty.

For memory your computer can take up to 4GB and has 4 slots...

Here is 4GB of memory for $43. Good brand, decent timings and only takes up 2 slots.
