It's too bad that there never has been an ATI Radeon 4500. One of those mystical cards that never existed.Now...there is the ATI Radeon HD 4850 for about $150 which is a decent graphics card and will run most average games well. For your needs the much cheaper Nvidia Geforce 8600GT (can be had for under $70) is a better choice. Please guys, don't talk about GPUs and offer advice if you aren't aware of the market.
These are the factory specs on your computer crazyeli: http://www1.dealtime.com/xPF-Hewlett-Packard-Compaq-Presario-Media-Center-Sr1750nx-PC-RefurbishedI read somewhere about your PCI slots being able to upgrade so far.Take those specs and any other upgrades you might have made on your computer since you bought it(Hardware Upgrades, I.E: Ram) and bring it to your local computer store.Ask someone there to review it and for their suggestions on cards, or if your computer can even upgradeto some of the brand names that have been thrown at you.Make a list of their suggestions and surf Newegg.com and compare prices so that you don't spend more thannecessary.EDIT: If possible, I would go for this card -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130436
