It might actually come out tomorrow, there is a server that is Trader (v11).
But I'm not sure Badspot would give people v11 before it is released.
And I don't think there is enough submited yet.

Trader has the beta, same as all the other beta testers.  v11 is network compatible with v10, so beta testers can play on the same servers as non-testers. (unlike when v9 testers were testing.)
