YES WANT. I spent ages eventing something just repeating the event and changing the delay, this would have ben really handy. I hoope that it is possible/is made.

I would rather have a tool that simply copies one event string and you can paste it INTO the events as many times as you want.

But this is a good idea. Three thumbs up to you. (Borrow your thumb, but you won't be needing it)
