Becouse, look at it this way you had a hard day at school, your were bullyd, picked on, and got some detention. So you dicied to play a little Grand Theft Auto, after a few hours of poping caps you soon relize that vilonce can solve your lifes problem. Then the next day you go into school with a 9mm and a dorag.

Haven't they proven that game violence doesn't translate to real world violence?  The cases you are referring to likely have a mentally and emotionally unbalanced person.  I'd guess there are numerous problems and school/work/home.  However, many people who go to school with the intent to kill people do it because of the stuff they take.  Not because they played GTA.

Even if guns were made illegaal, wouldn't stop people from getting their hands on them.  That kind of law would just cave in on istelf.

Have you ever came back from a james bond movie and wanting to be just like him. Games can have the same effect. Think about it like guitar hero, you play a few songs get good at the game beat it on expert. What do you think? You think your a rock star. Im just saying that games could take that effect on someone that does not under stand the differnce between a game and real life

Yes but wanting to be James Bond does not mean going into your school with a gun.  Games and movies can affect people's moods but such stupid actions are a result of more than doing it because you did it in GTA or saw it in James Bond.

My teacher told me once about a true story, where an 10 or 11 year old kid had brought a pr0no to school. His teacher found out and aprehended the movie.
Some time later, the parents go to school furiously, going like "why the hell did you take our film!?"
And they talked. Turned out they weren't angry about being a pr0no! They were mad, because the kid took the movie without permission and because the movie was rented, and they had to return it before the rent price went any higher. XD

It all depends on the family. Some don't mind (like the above), others will.
