EDIT: I only have the Windows Anytime Upgrade, will that work?

As lovey as the orange/black colorscheme is on that motherboard...I wouldn't get it. Low-quality manufacturer, high failure rates and way overpriced.

Go with the parts I suggested...at the very least they will work together.

Not looking for anything over 640.
Way to much.

Will Anytime Upgrade work?

Gah, go back up there.

NO.
NO NO NO on motherboard.
It comes with this stupid 'dyanmic 4-gear cpu switching' which pretty much will throttle your cpu to the max. It turns down the frequency of your cpu cores when its under a low load, but unfortunately this thing isn't smart enough to tell when you need it.
It'll probably result in extremely slow installations and extreme lag in FRAPS.

Asus motherboards FTW.

Damn...you couldn't get anymore handicapped if you tried...

The energy saving's feature is a good thing, and if you don't like it you can disable it in the BIOS. If your computer is running slow it is likely for a multitude of other reasons.

GIGABYTE are one of few quality motherboard manufacturers. Their boards are reliable, fully featured and typically inexpensive. Their BIOS is easy to use and has all the details I care for.

You can't disable 4-gear cpu switching.

The dynamic energy saver I could care less about, it's the 4-gear cpu thing that sucks.
