Thats a normal message, the snail should still work.

it works in other maps Kajes just not going to release is on its own

The snail was meant for this map only since it doesn't really fit the theme of normal blockland vehicles.  So I won't be releasing it on its own.

Maybe, if you release it with a animal pack! Like with bears and wolves.
