Can anyone make a weapon like that.
Profile Icon: Rasengan Energy Blast, no hand.
Sound: a WSSSSHHHHHH OR BANGG!!!!!
Look:a normal hand but click when close to hit with the rasengan Sphere In front of hand.
Effects: hurts of course, and mabye throw people a bit?

Think it's possible. Or good idea?

It is possible as far as I can read, but for everthing there I can't figure out what the hell a rasengon blast is :/
