There is no other way, but do not panic. Once you beat the game, you will start back at chapter 1, and you will keep everything. Then you will have the chance to follow a different path.

I just beat the game, last mission was the one where you help the chick beat the two rebel guys.

Chrono, do you know which missions to select in order to get "Defend Line Ark"?

Hold on, lemme go turn on the Xbox and look at the missions.
Will edit shortly.

In chapter 2, try doing:
Rescue the GA Transport Unit
Attack on PA-N51
Defeat AF Stigro
(They will appear in that order as you complete them)

Then try doing some missions you didn't do last time, till you get to choose between Defeat White Glint and Defend Line Ark.

Also, since you already got ending 1, make sure you do in chapter 1:
Attack on Naval Port of Mimir
Ambush Sphere Invasion Forces
Attack on Richland
Few other missions
Defeat AF Cabrican

Do above for chapter 2, doing Defend Line Ark.

Then in chapter 3, there should be a mission called Destroy Arteria Ulna, do that and do any ORCA missions that come up afterwards.

In chapter 4, do missions from ORCA and not King. Do the missions from King next time you go through the game.

Hell yes, loving awesome. I also like the raven in the intro from Armored Core 4. Mostly AALIYAH Parts though (WAY too light and WAY not enough armor).

Chrono,

The Technocrat CP-49 is the back weapon I'm using, it fires ungided rockets (3 at a time) VERY powerful if you hit dead on.

Although I just got the EC-0307AB (Triple Lazer Cannon from Omer Science) and it makes my AC look so loving awesome, but the power is quite bad. Although the Primal Armor entry is really powerful.
