"Here's a glimpse at 24-person online multiplayer..."

wow...24? sounds epic...

Not as epic as MAG?  MAG will never work...  Also good new, BFBC2 will be on PC too!

24 people my goodness

They are going with the craze of thinking "OMG consoe r betir" so PC is a after thought

So no 32+ like battlefield is know for

Why is valve the only one doing it right these days? :(

Well, maybe it's a good thing, never seen a server with more than 24 players ever.

bf2 and 2142 are standard 64 players.
i expected even higher newer games

1943 is only for consoles.

:(

Uh, no.

Battlefield 1943 to PC, PSN and Live this summer

Awesome. Looks like it'll be the first time I've ever seen a great game being remade decently.

My only quirk is that I think they should have used the original 1942 theme for the theme music.

I want flamethrowers. :P

Uh, no.

My bad, the above article gave me a different impression. Just the way they worded it I suppose (and the video).

Wtf 3 maps?
What are they thinking D:

I think it's great that there will only be three maps.

I loved how in the Bad Company demo there was Oasis, and that was it. It really made things interesting, and the engine allowed every round to be different, even though there was only one map.

Especially when 1943 comes out for the PC, assuming it comes with a few SDK's or something, it will allow the community to make new maps.

That demo was so awesome, I hope Wake Island is the main map played.
