I had a Hampster (R.I.P. Chewy)

Hes brown and white and i named him Chewy :,D . He kept me up half the night because he was running on the wheel in his cage(its squeeky) so now im tired -.- . I picked him because a hampster had beat him up and theres a scratch under his eye D,: . I saved him, we bought him some food, some bedding, and a hampster ball. We borrowed a cage from my mom's friend and the cage is a little small but its got an igloo, a food dish, a water thingy that you hang on the side, and the squeeky wheel.
Chewy's been whimpering because he's not used to it but hes safely asleep now.

Is there anything else i need?
Any tips on hampsters?
Fav. foods?
Should i put something on the scratch under his eye?
(P.S.-I built him a house out of legos :D, im gonna put him in it when he wakes up!)

Use the hamster ball maybe once a day. They like running around and exploring. Or at least my friend's did.

Also, try to give him some room. Like the lego house, make sure it's pretty big.

Yes I had a GF and I forgot about my hampster and it died.

Make sure you put down some smooth print bricks, so you dont get poo or pee stuck in between the studs lol

I'm an idiot, and neglected my pet to the point that it died. I just happened to have a girlfriend around the same time, so I blame her. Now I'm going to tell the forums this so I look cool for having one.
