Well, I can make the model, but since I fail at scripting, and I am not sure how to colision mesh and all that crap, I will need someone else to make the script and stuff.

It's just a concave shape (like a box, or sphere. Probably wanna go with a box in this case), named collision-1 , and you need to make sure it does not encompass the Wheel hubs otherwise the game will crash when it's spawned.
