On what level do you think of vegans?

VEGANS ARE THE BEST!
Vegans are ok and we should respect that.
Vegan is a little too far, and we should be vegetarian.
I don't care either way.
I can't live without meat.
Vegans suck but I respect vegetarians.
Vegans and vegetarians suck.
SCREW VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS!

If we were all vegan, then the cows would be either killed or released into the wild, in which they would be hunted down to a normal population. Nature has a cycle.

Also, killing all of the cows is not the answer. Problems like this don't come in one extreme or another. There needs to be balance.

I never said anything against killing them. I am saying eating commercially farmed beef, supports the farms so they can breed and kill more cows. Which intern results with even more methane.

everyone knows that the biggest climate changing source is one's home.
electricity, gas, methane, you name it your house has it being piped out. and if not then somewhere else is piping it out so you can have heating.

so stop bullstuffting us with "COWS AER KILLIN DE PLANET" because quite frankly i couldnt care less.

and to answer your question as to why i eat meat:
1. tastes good and gives me protein in a natural way
2. most other creatures do it so why cant i?
3. canine tooth, ever wondered what its there for?

Why the hell do vegans always pull that it's better for you bullstuff? You're exposed to millions of chemicals in stuff besides food everyday and you can maintain a healthy diet while eating meat.

1.)
Are you suggesting that we should only focus on the largest source and ignore the other sources of pollution?

2.)
Have animals from the past, wasted 100 billion pounds of fresh food to eat each other?

3.)
I am not denying the fact that meat tastes good. What I am saying is meat eaters have no right to tell vegans that they are stupid, seeing as being a vegetarian is better for you. Also Vegans have no right to tell meat eaters they're wrong. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Self quotes are useless.

1) No, but you can ask yourself have all the animals who have farted methane over the last million years killed the planet yet?
2) Yes. Where do you think all the bones go?
3) As are self righteous vegans who can't help but slam meat eaters for their beliefs even in oh so subtle ways.

First of all, there weren't 400 million cows in the last million years at one time. Second of all I wouldn't have to self quote if you had actually read them before. Third of all I agree as I stated, everyone is entitled to their opinion, even meat eaters. And lastly are you serious about arguing the loss of one billion pounds of fresh food per year over bones?

I said ALL animals, where did I ask about just the cows? Statement still stands since you're still able to breathe and waste air on this useless topic.

I read them, I just found them to be too overly specific for the needs of the argument and therefore invalid for any logical point to even be made. It's like saying, take a crap, you'll be able to eat more. Well no stuff (pun intended) Sherlock. Doesn't make it any more useful repeating 700 times in a thread. It just means your google ran out of search results because you can't make an argument on your own. Not one link from me and I've been holding up my part.

Bones are part of the animal and is usually wasted. Add em up and you get a lot of pounds of wasted fresh food. There are animals who eat bones that don't due to location reasons.

Ever head of a dog?

The dog bone companies take the bones and make treats.

I understand your statement and frustration with me. However, I would like to point out that I have provided feasible evidence of how it is good for your health, the environment, and other people, while you have noted that other animals have wasted methane and eaten each other. I am not trying to start a fight, I am merely stating that statistics show being a vegan is better in those categories. I meant in no way whatsoever to try to stop someone from eating meat, that decision is the person's alone. I am just stating the facts, and my personal opinion.

Explain why vegans have to take pills to balance their diets where meateaters rarely have these problem.

What amuses me is that you think I'm frustrated. I'm amused. But you can't truly have an informative poll if you decide to take one side over the other. While I admit there are several reasons Veganism is a helpful addition to a person's lifestyle, I don't think it should completely substitute as an entire dietary plan. There are nutritional benefits in meat you'll never find in the plant kingdom as the same is for the reverse. Which is why I will remain omnivorous.

Yes I've heard of dogs, but have you heard of a dog chewing through an entire femur of an elephant?

1.) There are a lot of aspects of meat in soy and bean
2.) I am also omnivorous, I simply respect vegans
3.) I have never heard of a dog chewing through the femur of an elephant. How long did it take?

Silly goose, the bones are processed first.

They don't have to it's just healthy.

You don't know stuff, that post just clarified it.
