Harvey's is excellent. Don't know if there are many, if any, in the US. Harvey's you basically get a grilled burger as a base, you can have cheese, bacon, extra patties, etc. Then you choose all your toppings. It's the only fast food restaurant I've been to where you can get a burger the size of what they advertise. The fact that they are grilled and not heated in one of those drawers, or whatever, also makes them great.

Every time I get a fortune cookie, I use the first three digets of the lucky number, order that of the Mc Donalds menu, and combine them when I get home. Last time I had 3 patties 4 buns 8 slices of bacon and chicken. I ate the whole damn thing.
