Can someone make a bullet time control script were admins can change how fast projectiles go with some kind of window you open. This would be very useful because when people snip there target has a load of time to move which sucks.

You can use /timescale.

Putting individual clients in different timescales makes their movement look jerky and strange to others, and oddities tend to occur between server and client, eventually making everything die.

Yeah, just so you know guys, if it's been said, there is no point quoting it 4 times, you're just being douches.
Yes, I mean technoscubed, zookuw, Boomshan and Spaceblockhead.
Stop trying to fit in and start using this:

You can use /timescale.
But what if you want slow bullets but normal speed? Anyway, I think this could be useful. Matrix FTW
-snip of brain-
eww! it's wet! O.o

I want it without changing game movement speed just bullet speed

i like the sound of that, but i do believe it could cause some problems. since personally my computer lags on a server when /timescale is being changed, so i dont know how that would effect it, although that all depends on your computer i guess.

timescale changes everything's speed,he only wants the bullets to change(i think) for things like the matrix.
