Just have someone make a fishing rod weapon, and use this event:
OnProjectileHit > ifProjectile > FishingrodSlice > Self > Dissapear > 5

OnProjectileHit > ifProjectile > FishingrodSlice > Client > CenterPrint > You Caught a fish!

I honestly think it fails for 2 reasons:

It's based on a book.

ANYTHING that is built based on a book fails.

Whys that, cause you can't read xD
