Wow that's really cool if it's really you who made that site, I remember seeing it while it was still active. (At least I'm pretty sure it was) If I remember right there were some building scripts there that I tried looking at before I could code.

Welcome back!

Welcome back!

Unless you visited it when a big yellow box was on top, it was probably still up.

But on the topic of building scripts, how do you use them these days? fps\client\scripts\client.cs doesn't exactly exist anymore. I noticed that there was macro recording now though.

And on the topic of servers, which ones would you recommend? I'm kind of wary to build anything large on any server in fear that it may just disappear without notice. I don't remember that being much of a problem back then, but I also had a friend who was willing to host a server. Most of the servers I go to have people generally richarding around. Not much impressive building going on.

Now, thats no way to talk to-

... Oh wait, are you talking about me?

Yes, as a matter of fact he was. It's safe to say his comment represents the majority of the community's thoughts about you.

Welcome :), I learned basic coding off your site when I was a newbie.
Edit: To find a legit server to go ever: 1. Look in clan discussion for a good clan and go to their clan server. 2. Look in gallery and find a good server/build and see if the server is up.

Also all the main game scripts are DSO'd now, so you can't edit them. You can however use packages (look in coding help for Packages/Parent Syntax Tutorial) or if you don't want to modify existing code, you can create your own code using the add-ons system.

I am just misunderstood.

And I don't even have a hate topic about me (yet)...
... You on the other hand...

I'm new but i have been playing for like a year now.

I know there's a save function, but there isn't a point playing online if you expect to have to build your stuff offline soon after you start building (because you can't just load stuff onto people's servers).

lol wrong^
you can if your admin

Note "other people's servers." Like I said, my friend used to run a server in the old days.

lol wrong^

If you can get it in the first place.

The two stuffheads above are utter dumbasses that joined 2 months ago.
