You don't make rules in a topic. And if you do, reporting it to Badspot won't do anything. He hasn't the time to look through people's topics attempting to enforce some stupid little stuff's made up rules.
That's like when you're parents say: "my house, my rules" You can't take them to court on it, because it's not national law, it's just your parents rules. And same goes vice-versa, your parents can ask the government to arrest you because you won't eat your vegetables. Do you see where I'm going here?
Also, playing the game for a year doesn't make you officially no longer a newb. Here on these forums, if we don't know you, you're a newb.
