I gave up and just threw in a lamp and Super DOF

I learned that trying hard to pose with a finger pad could potentially lead to carpal tunnel, and i also learned that the bikini wearing Fem Pyro has the old stiff Pyro physics, that the female Lucario has stupid physics that makes it difficult to pose let alone stopping it from spazzing out every few seconds, and that at the time, i lacked lovey women from various video games and did not want to resort to using mostly HL2 characters

I've seen many poses like the one i was going for, but i don't quite know the origin, it'd be nice to know so i'd have a better reference

I'm too lazy to upload to imageshack today.
And only one

Hello over there!

You could have put the sword in the guy's hand.

You could have put the sword in the guy's hand.
Either A) He didn't no-collide it because he forgot or wasn't aware you could do that, or B) did put it in his hand, had it welded to the hand, but the hand and shoulders weren't frozen, so the sword dropped as low as it could while still being welded to the hand

Yeah, The sword always droped while the gun stayed in his hand.

can somebody tell me why posing in this game is so loving difficult

also, can somebody suggest some good npcs and other must have mods? i've had this game for a month and i'm just starting to get into it.

Only one today

What a nice day!

Depends on the ragdolls you're trying to pose, what ones are you using?

A lot of the ragdolls from Valve games (and other non-Valve games that are compatible) didn't make their ragdolls with easy posing in mind because animations are applied to scripted NPCs, not ragdolls, so they have no need for flexibility

But the ragdolls the Garry's Mod community makes for Garry's Mod either don't understand how to make their ragdolls more flexible, don't care enough to make them more flexible, or think they're fine the way they are

css and half life ragdolls. it seems posing them is a lot more work than it's worth.

Half Life as in Half Life Source? Those are stiffer than the CS:GO ragdolls, but i think there's a Half Life Source ragdoll pack on the workshop that has versions that are less stiff and are player models

As for the CS:S dudes, they are hard to pose, but i think for the most part, they're roughly the same physics as Half Life 2 ragdolls, i know the hostages are at least, so i haven't had too much of a problem with 'em

I have two, Just for you!

You!

Or You!

I made this for my friend because it was his birthday.
Feedback would be appreciated.

That's great. I wish I had the skill set to do that.

(Sorry for posting two pictures right after another)
I got the Fallout: New Vegas riot armor ragdoll, so I wanted to test it out.
