No, that was all rendered in GMod.
Super DOF, Bloom, and Lens Flare (Link) were the three post-processing effects I used when rendering the pictures.

It's pretty simple actually. With Super DOF, you just need to make sure you have a decent graphics card, enable the effect, choose the center point, then hit "render", if it turns out well, you can save it or modify it and re-render it.
