Me and my friend have created a modification using the LUA language with NPC's.
If you kill a NPC, the NPC will grab onto where ever he was killed with the final shot,
then continues to go mad. If you kill a NPC with explosives, the ragdoll will set on fire.
This will also work on players. Video:

It's like the harvest map in obsidian conflict, you find a model skeleton an dput it in a secret place, everone gets telepoerted to a room with a gman faec, and then the scream turns on :D
