I mean, when you think about it it would be at most a half hour of coding or so implementing a system that removes the axis limitations on ragdolls, pretty much the only reason they are there in the first place is because the human body can't move as much as posed ragdolls need to and they went over the top trying to make the ragdolls act realistically.
However that is not something we need when we're trying to pose them what we need is freedom in it's entirety.
