It's only been 2 days >:O
That and the only grimy uniform the soldiers have is green camo-colored. Same uniform as the L4D zombie army guys.

2-days of a panic situation involving the Military and infected, ravenous beings is enough to at least get your uniform muddy.

They don't wash them off in Daz after every mission you know

Perhaps their uniforms are washed often due to a biohazard fear. Like the virus could be contained in the clothing.
