I'm not particularly fond of back shots, but sometimes it tends to be difficult to get even some of a character(s) front, that's just more of a personal problem, other than that, i don't see anything wrong with the pose

Sure it could be a normal Soldier with the Team Captain hat, but that expression is RubberFruit-esque, and RubberFruit also likes to wear the Team Captain on the Soldier, so that plain old Soldier is now RubberFruit and there's nothing you can do about it
