Garry's mod does not like my new computer or something. I try launching it, and it will load some stuff on the blue bar at the beginning, but then it will stop at some point and say its not responding. So then I close out of it and restart, and it will go a little farther than the last time but then "crash." Any help guys?

Bodygroup tool can change the skin of models and also hide or unhide parts of models such as hats from TF2 characters

Stacker tool is good for building, there may be a small gap between the objects, you can type negative numbers to try and fix it
