but I'm posing a demoman and I don't know how to get his fromt crotch flap thing to move. I'm using the bone editor from the context menu and I can't seem to find a way to edit it.

well, that physics improvement lets you manipulate the pockets and stuff on other tf2 characters but not demo's flap.

It does, it just might be a bit tricky to get to with the physgun

yeah, it's not working. there's no bone for demo for the crotch flap and I can't mess with it.
when I installed I merged the folders. is that right?

The .phy files and the HWM folder go in the garrysmod/models/player directory

Don't use the bone editor, that won't work, you need to use the physgun

Well, if you're going to land from probably a 2 story window it's better to break a face and arms than a face and ribs. If your ribs break right they can hurt your organs.
